Networking Is For Winners!

What is a Network? Basically, Networks are people talking to each other, sharing ideas, information, and resources. Two basic principles or laws of the universe seem to be at play in the effectiveness of networking. The first underlying principle is known as synergy, whereby the total effective output of the network is much greater because of the network than the total sum of the individual members without the Network. The second spiritual law of success which is basic to Networking is the “Law of Giving and Receiving.” Nothing is static. Our bodies are in dynamic and constant exchange with the body of the Universe while our minds are dynamically interacting with the mind of the cosmos. Those who give of themselves the most to others seem to receive the most in return from the universe.

Networking is direct proof that who you know does count, and in fact, who you know counts very, very much. The people you meet should excite you, inspire you, and make you grow. That’s why you should endeavor to constantly add to the number and variety of people that you meet. Each one will polish a different facet of your mind and may stimulate you in ways that you may not anticipate or in ways that you may have only dreamed about. It might appear to some that Networking is a thing of the past - hot in the 1970’s and the 1980’s, but old hat in the high tech world of the 21st Century. If this is your belief, then you are going to experience a rude awakening some time in the future. Hopefully, sooner than later, so you won’t be left behind. Building strong relationships, which is what Networking is all about, is even more important in this new, fast-paced, global business environment and is paramount to successful Real Estate investing.
