Albert Aiello

Albert Aiello certainly has the credentials, He is a GRI Instructor, a Graduate Tax Professor, and a licensed Real Estate Broker and a CPA who passed the exam in one sitting. He also has a Masters Degree in Taxation.

On the practical side, he has 25 years experience as a tax advisor, 23 years experience as a Real Estate investor and 20 years as a 1031 exchange facilitator which makes him uniquely qualified to address the tax issues that investors and landlords face.

As both a residential and commercial Real Estate Realtor, Albert has listed, bought, sold and managed millions of dollars of Real Estate. He has also had his own tax & accounting practice specializing in Real Estate and IRS audit representation.

Charlie and Randy France are married and have five children and five grandchildren. In 1997 they found the concept of buying pretty houses and getting them deeded to them. Now that is the ONLY WAY they buy homes! They have been deeded over 200 homes!!

Charlie's motto is; "they get the deed or they get the door."

Bob Meister was part owner of golf courses, medical clinics, apartment buildings, a self-storage facility and had a career as an engineering executive. He was looking for something different but sure didn't think he wanted to be stuck owning single-family homes that were occupied by renters! "Boy have I found out this business is not that at all", Bob says.
