Scott Rister
Scott Rister has quickly become one of the most dynamic and innovative speakers on “real world” techniques for creating significant wealth in Real Estate. Scott’s proven track history includes closing 72 deals in a one 9-month period alone that launched him to “full-time” Real Estate investor status. He now teaches those same innovative and truly creative techniques empowering many to also be freed of their J.O.B.’s (Just Over Broke) in corporate America.
Scott’s journey, which has taken him to full-time real estate investor status, has not been without enduring real life situations that many can relate to. After graduating with a business degree, Scott was “downsized” three times over a five-year period. Determined never to let any single entity or individual determine his net worth and his family’s financial security, Scott incorporated guerilla marketing and highly effective cash generating techniques within Real Estate which he teaches to many in the same detailed steps he also practices.
Scott now resides in north Dallas operating his own property acquisition company One-Stop Realty, LLC with current holdings in four states. With 10 years of experience and five years a full-time Real Estate investor, Scott prides himself in being able to provide the most current and applicable techniques for generating significant wealth in Real Estate that simply breaks the traditional approaches and is geared for today’s real estate investor. In addition he also provides the highest level of technology available to Real Estate investors through software and video/audio products being unequalled.
