The keynote for the Stealth System Seminar held February 21,22, & 23 at the Crown Plaza Hotel was Education, Motivation, Fun, and the Challenge to “pull the trigger”!
Day One - Friday Feb. 21st.
Friday was jam-packed with an in-depth look at building networks, locating, qualifying and evaluating properties, and the art of negotiation. After lunch, students were introduced to vendors and given time to sit down to talk one-on-one to contractors, hard money lenders and suppliers. Discussing TREC forms and an overview of Real Estate contracts finished the afternoon and closed out day one.

Then Bill Woodall introduced the exciting Foreclosure Fortune Hunters Guest Speakers. Jerry Caldwell detailed his experiences and methods for buying houses at sheriff’s sales. Mark King disclosed his methods and experiences with pre-foreclosures and the session finished up with Mike Honeycutt sharing his secrets on how he buys houses on the courthouse steps. “I was inspired by Markie’s presentation and seeing real local people working in this industry vs. the national so called guru’s.” - Dawn C. |
Day Three - Sunday Feb. 22nd.
Sunday morning opened with Bill Woodall detailing how to buy and sell properties “subject to” existing mortgages. Then came the highly anticipated “hands-on” fun filled Bus Trip, moderated by Cathy Crowe, touring wholesale and retail properties. After the lunch break Bill Woodall taught estimating repairs, reviewing budgets, and work schedules. Finally, marketing techniques for buying and selling properties were described and discussed.
The seminar finished up with goal setting and the challenge to “pull the trigger’ and do a deal. Graduate’s walked out with notebooks in hand, CD Disk containing contracts, form letters, and marketing materials, networking opportunities, vendor and lenders contacts, and a special gift from Team AIREO… professionally recorded cassette tapes of the entire 3 days!
From Bill Woodall and Team AIREO;
We would like to say Thank You to all our students for making the 2003 Stealth System Boot Camp such a success! We look forward to working with each and every one of you in the weeks, months and years to come. You Can Do It! We Can Help!
